Girl Code Girls is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering young women and girls by fostering a culture of sisterhood, leadership, and personal growth. Founded in 2021 as the nonprofit arm of Girl Code Media, our mission is to address the negative social norms that create division and rivalry among women and girls, replacing them with values of unity, collaboration, and mutual support.

We focus on serving underserved communities by providing holistic, culturally competent programs that equip women and girls with the life skills, leadership development, and emotional resilience needed to navigate today’s complex, digital world. Our work is rooted in the belief that healed people heal people, and through our programs, we help participants build strong, supportive relationships that last a lifetime.

Our signature initiatives focus on addressing the specific needs of different age groups:
-
Girl Code Girls (Ages 10-18): We empower Gen Z girls to develop healthier relationships both online and offline, addressing the challenges posed by social media influence, cyberbullying, and digital addiction. Our programming focuses on leadership development, digital literacy, and emotional resilience, equipping young women to embrace their roles as leaders and positive influencers.

-
Girl Code Sisters (Ages 25-34): For young women navigating personal and professional challenges, this initiative provides safe spaces to heal from relational traumas and reconnect with others. Through mentorship and community-building activities, we teach soft skills that promote unity, personal growth, and professional success.
